Starting off the countdown is Invisible by Hunter Hayes. Honestly, this song was ironically invisible from my playlist the entire year, despite adding it to my iTunes right after Grammies. The song has a good message, but it honestly just wasn't memorable enough or interesting enough to play. Regardless, it is a decent song and it was worthy enough to chart, even at #200.

199. Nicki Minaj - Pills N Potions
You would think that with a cute title like that, this song was going to be upbeat and dark. Well I was wrong. This song isn't bad, it's just not good either. It's in the middle. The rapping saves the song. I could have done without the chorus. She definitely didn't help herself when Iggy came onto the scene while releasing this. She's lucky it's still decent enough to chart.
One of three appearances by Nicki Minaj
198. Ed Sheeran - Sing
To me, this was the definition of sellout. Ed jumped on the Pharrell bandwagon hoping to get a Top 10 hit out of it, but instead got stalled at #13. This song is catchy, but it just felt like he was aiming for a quick hit to stabilize himself in the US. His album has better material on it. Sure, ATRL's game section overrates that damn album to the masses, but at least the songs I know are better than Sing. At least this song is catchy.

197. Jennifer Lopez f. Iggy Azalea - Booty
These past three years have definitely seen J Lo taking desperate measures to get a hit. So I shouldn't be surprised she jumped on the booty bandwagon and the Iggy bandwagon just to squeeze into the Top 20. The "booty" chorus and Iggy's rap save this song from being a trainwreck for me. That's all I have to say.
Only appearance by Jennifer Lopez. One of six appearances by Iggy Azalea
196. G.R.L. - Ugly Heart
Out of the three girl groups that are trying to break the US, this is definitely the weakest of them. I blame Dr. Luke tbh. This song is ok, but the chorus lacks a bit. It's just too monotone. It is somewhat catchy, but not enough to chart further.
One of two appearances by G.R.L.
195. CeCe Frey - Dead 2 Me
Remember her from X Factor USA? The season Fifth Harmony was on? Well, she always got compared to Ke$ha. This song didn't help those comparisons. I was hoping a studio song wouldn't sound as shaky, but she literally just sounds like a Ke$ha wannabe on this song. It's somewhat decent and catchy, but she could have done much better.
Only appearance by CeCe Frey
194. Tiesto f. Matthew Koma - Wasted
You know what's pathetic? The fact that Matthew Koma has been featured on so many EDM songs, but the highest charting song to come out of them is this generic party song. He sounds like a tramp on this song. I'd have to be in a party mood to jam to this song honestly. It's that one dimensional. Thankfully, Tiesto and Matthew have better songs coming up.
One of two appearances by Tiesto and Matthew Koma
193. Ella Henderson - Yours
The beautiful Ella, whose birthday is one day before mine, makes her first appearance on this chart. She sounds so pleasant on this track and the piano is beautiful. I guess it's just too simple to catch enough interest this year. Maybe next year.
One of three appearances by Ella Henderson
192. Ed Sheeran - Thinking Out Loud
Definitely the most overrated single off this album. I just don't get it. Sure, it's simple, it's inoffensive, it's not going to make you want to turn off the radio. But, it's just nothing special. Like, anyone can pull off something like this. Just look at Ella Henderson above it. Besides, this song is another JT ripoff to begin with. It's still nice though, just overrated as hell on here.
Second of four appearances by Ed Sheeran
191. Ariana Grande f. Big Sean - Best Mistake
I like to include promotional singles in my Top 200, because sometimes the promotional singles are better than some of the actual singles. Best Mistake is better the songs that came before it. Out of the Ariana songs that will be on this countdown, this is the weakest of them however. It's actually nice, just not my favorite out of them all.
One of six appearances by Ariana Grande. One of two appearances by Big Sean
Starting with the next update I will be counting down my Top 50 songs of the 2010s (so far). So when the next big update comes for 2014, I will have a couple songs of the 2010s coming up to.
