I think she added her touch to all the songs i've heard so far, lyrically at least. But it all sounds very top 40. I do think the quality is higher than say... Katy Perry's Prism (which I use), but yeah.
Agreed. Nothing innovative or sonically ahead but it's a great pop effort nonetheless.
Not really, but you know what I mean. The music is very hip, which is neither bad nor good. Her lyrics are good, her songs have meaning to her and the production is very thoughtful and that's all that should matter.
I don't uderstand why people where expecting the album to be anything more than basic. I mean what where y'all expexting with 'Shake It Off' being the lead single
