The only way R8 will be bigger than BEYONCE is if her label decides to increase the length and width of the actual physical album itself, though that wouldn't be revolutionary, just stupid.

Bey is re-releasing, so I think not. Bey will probably end up doing 4M with the re-release + catalog sales. No Rihanna album since 2010 reached and passed that mark. BEYONCE also had a bigger impact.

Pour It Up was a huge urban smash without any promotion and the video coming 5 months late so..... What Now was truly a worthless release but still went top 40
But with enough promo and good singles I definitely see Rihanna outselling BEYONCE on a WW scale...
She seems to lose interest and want to move on, so that on top of the fact that her albums seem to usually hit at least platinum in the US and 3M WW, I just don't see it doing too much more. But like I said in my comment, which basically is saying what you're saying, acknowledging if she goes hard anything is possible.
Seeing as though the Beyoncé era ended a day after the album came out, yes.

That's funny as she still has the #1 selling album by a female right now, and the girls who promoted throughout the year who had eras that didn't "end in a day" like you pointed out, still didn't outsell her. She may have sold quick, but she still outsold them. And still is.

What point were you trying to make? Whether Bey goes on to sell 4mil with a rerelease is neither here nor there cause as of now neither 4 nor Beyoncé have sold 4mil WW. That leaves two albums released since 2010 from Rihanna (TTT and UNA) and Beyonce(4 and BEYONCÉ) that have not sold 4mil.
Anyway R8 prob won't have the impact BEYONCÉ did but it might or might not outsell it.
I see it having 2 #1 singles and selling over 3M+ copies WW so the era can be bigger, but ATRL will always attack her for impact/U.S album sales etc etc.
You guys are in here showing your asses talking about an era that hasn't even been announced yet. After the album comes out it's guaranteed that some of you will be embarrassed (hopefully the 'No' crew )
Singles wise, R8 will kill BEYONCÉ. Beyoncé had only one top 10 hit out of her album, Rihanna will have at least two plus two other top 40s depending on how her team manages the era. And I doubt their album numbers will be that different in the long run.
