Some people would argue that loving a man is a feminine trait in itself....
Grow up please.

It doesn't matter how "masc" you are, they still lump us all together anyway.
All they see is that you like men. No amount of muscles or masculinity is gonna change that.

Let's face it, if sam smith was flamboyant or over the top in his performances and videos he wouldn't be taken seriously. I respect that he has a sense of mystery about him and keeps his private life private. He knows what he's doing and he's excelling at it. Stay pressed

why do flamboyant annoying gays shame other flamboyant gays. Theres nothing wrong with being flamboyant, it doesnt make anyone look bad. Flamboyant shouldn't be an indication of someones sexuality. People like YOU make gay people look bad. stop shaming the gay community, trying your hardest to fit in with straight people wont make homophobia stop, heres a memo, theyll hate you anyways

I don't even think many people know he's gay (given the aforementioned gender pronoun thing).

But you stan for all female pop singers, so clearly someone's had a bit of a twisted upbringing when it comes to the subject of homosexuality and gender binary. ![Doc](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v232/korn0818/ATRL_Smilies_All/atrlers/doc_zpsc886535c.gif) You didn't express it as a personal preference, you literally said that extroverted femme gays give the community a bad name, shaming them instead of the people that judge us.

Blaming gays who are feminine for the reason that people are ignorant is homophobia and self hate, get real. and just because your sentence syntax is ****ed doesn't make it nonsense, its fact. If no gay man didnt anything flamboyant, theyd still be hated.

I'm not a hateful person. I just personally believe that if gay men just acted respectful and not loud and rude towards every minority (including their own) it would help the gay community. I'm not homophobic, my parents have accepted me from day one, but morals and manners need to still take precedence, even if you are gay and want to flaunt it. My music taste has nothing to do with how I act and carry myself in the real world.

Your shaming of flamboyant gay men is so unfounded, uncalled for, and wrong. I am gay and somewhat effeminate; I cannot control it. There are other gay men who are even more flamboyant who similarly have no control over their personality. Why shame them? It's not their fault people hate you, its the fault of the people who hate you.
As opposed to blaming those in a minority group who upkeep or perpetuate stereotypes, we should teach people to treat everybody with kindness regardless of how somebody acts. Do flamboyant gay men perhaps contribute to the idea that all gay men are flamboyant? Maybe, but that's irrelevant. It shouldn't matter. We shouldn't persecute or oppress anybody whether they perpetuate stereotypes or not.

You're not a hateful person and yet you just shamed an entire subgroup of a minority. Evidently, you are.
TIL I learnt all flamboyant gay men are somehow inherently respectful. Can flamboyant gay men just not be rude? This is news to me.
To tell the truth, it seems like you're backtracking. You originally posted flamboyant gay men make the community look bad, now you're saying rude gay men make the community look bad? Either you're erroneously thinking all flamboyant gay me are rude, or you're changing your mind/argument.
