It´s quite the misconception that eating that is not normally eaten are disgusting. Yes, in my home country (the philippines) we eat such stuff especially in the festivals and celebration, and mind you that it´s very delicious.

Especially the cow´s tongue...hmmm but seriously it´s so good with gravy sauce and mushrooms

This. I live in the US, but I'll try anything, and honestly most "weird" foods I've eaten have all been delicious.
