The girls on ATRL probably gonna get mad but I agree with this. Little white twinky teenage gay boys acting like a steorotypical sassy black woman is annoying and offensive and needs to stop. Just like gay boys aren't a straight girls accessory, a black woman is not a white gay boys accessory.
Every white gay has said "I'm an independent black woman who don't need no man." at least 4 times in their life.
But... Black women are stealing gay lingo too (granted said lingo comes from the ballroom scene, which seems to have a large portion black/other minorities coining the lingo). Shade, read, all that stuff came from us and has been appropriated by Tamar, Nene all the housewives, etc
I'm pretty sure Black women and women in general are currently taking gay lingo and using it. So what is the problem with a White Gay guy acting sassy?
So they think that gays should feel lucky that they get the chance to hide who they are and that's offensive to black women? I think that's what I just read.
Black women are less likely to land a job with the same skills and experience as a white person. A gay white man wouldn't have that problem. It's just the way society is and yes, it is offensive if your culture is constantly being misappropriated but you are still looked down upon by society because you are a black woman.
