It would be odd for Miley to not at least be top 10 in the Social Media, TV/Radio and Press rank. I think that alone would be enough to squeeze in there (if the $76.5m she made in 2013 according to Parade is real which it most likely isn't, but still). Did they ever reveal how heavily they weight the money aspect of the list (like percentage wise or something)?
