To be honest, Beyoncé will never be widely regarded as a legend until she dies which is sad because no matter how much she achieves she will always have people saying she's not there yet or has more to prove.
It's all subjective, but I think she is:
Going from one of the highest selling girl groups to become one of the highest selling solo artists, widely regarded as the best performer alive, multiple notable performances such as the super bowl, presidents first dance and second inauguration (

), high profile marriage with Jay, a groundbreaking and revolutionary release that brought the world to a stop, an influence for
so many other celebrities, Grammy's and a huge media presence where everything she does is often escalated and causes unnecessary contreversy.
Sorry I'm rambling and of course there is more, but I think her achievements and career she has formed will definitely have her remembered as a legend, even if people are not ready to say she is one now.
