I don't really like this term simply because an artist or group is only as overrated as you allow them to be. No one actually forces you to listen to or watch them. But using your perspective of the term, I'd say Rihanna; not because I don't like her, but rather for the comparison of her to well established artists.
Jonas Brothers, Leona Lewis & Rihanna I like Rihanna's songs sometimes, but its her, and how everyone single little country wants to suck up her crack ! She has the worst singing voice ever, T-Pain sings better than her !
Others I'd have to say are McFly & Westlife. Not overrated here, but in the UK, cor blimey ! I hate Westlife with a passion, I cannot stand them atall

I don't wanna start anything, but how is Leona underrated! The UK idolize her more than the Queen, Leona isn't that great (to me), she isn't anything that we haven't heard before. That's why I feel she is overrated.
