But after researching it, its actually a lot more humane than the way traditional slaughter houses kill and look after its animals.

I'm not racist or anything, but I don't eat halal meat and won't eat halal meat. The fact that there will be no ham or bacon products is pushing it.

I don't think any form of murder is "humane", especially not stabbing an animal so it can bleed out and die

It is. A Halal slaughterer will recite a prayer for the animal before they kill it and the death is almost instantaneous.

Again, this is based on real respect for the animal. All killings are done in the name of Allah. Compare that to most western industries where animals which can no longer walk under their own weight are deprived of darkness and movement their whole life, for their only walk to be the struggle to the blender.
