You don't have an understanding on what relevance is if you think otherwise. Madonna could sit in her home for the next ten years and still remain relevant in music.

Because people's career's are still built and modelled on Madonna's. - That's what relevance is. That's what IMPACT is. When your fave has every pop girl in the music industry saying they want a career like gaga's come back and we'll talk relevancy.

To return to the topic of whether of not it's over - this thread is evidence enough it's not, while Madge continued to drag Gaga through 2012 on her tour and while Madge stans run hate blogs, write hate articles and bash her foundation. The war raged for a time, now it's genuinely very one-sided. Go to a Madonna forum vs. a Gaga forum for the proof of that.

There's a lot of highly disturbing Madonna stan accounts, at least a dozen on Twitter, that I always see in GaGa's mentions. Their feeds are so similar too; 90% discussing/hating on the ABSOLUTE LATEST thing Gaga is doing, and (ironically) 10% of the feed is ACTUALLY discussing Madonna.

Not to mention PawsDown's entire disturbing existence, that other stan who created the anti-BornThisWay foundation website, and Angela Cheng + those other fake examiner accounts.

Not all of them are like that, of course. But those kind of people I mentioned keep the fire of the 'war' alive.
