I'm pretty sure it's Katy.
GGGB > every one of Katy's eras, but MOTS and AGLM weren't very successful.

We could've compared the 3 they had since Katy's debut (2008). Which would've been GGGB Reloaded, Rated R & LOUD vs OOTB, TD & Prism.

Well It's Rih so far but Katy is obviously going to overtake her.
Rih has maintained success and even gotten bigger success in later era's though, Will Katy?

Prism is doing better than TD at he moment but I think it will end up selling like 5m, idk.
