I was actually think more JT than Ricky Martin.
There seems to some discrepancy of whether it's Sex and Love and the plus symbol is simpy an abbreviation or if the title is actually Sex + Love. Either way it'll probably be a more apt title than MAS was.

Only his recent singles are kinda bland, have you even heard his albums?

I'm not sure I'd use the word "bland" but as a big longtime fan without nostalgia goggles I can easily see why someone would think that way. Especially when he crossed over into English everything about his releases from his single choices to music videos to his wardrobe was very calculated by Interscope to not really rock the boat.
I remember vividly on one of these VH1 talking head shows Jimmy Iovine talking about how that strategy would win him the "big game" presumebly meaning outlasting the other latin-pop stars of '99. While that did happen I think it was down to some of it (Be With You) being very well made regardless. If anything the formulaic approach did him a huge disservice. He certainly had the goods to stand out more and seemingly even the desire at least at times RE: the original unreleased 'Don't Turn Off The Lights video etc
I know a few people are down on the
percieved musical change he made with Euphoria but it was great to break him out of that rut, 'Takin' Back My Love' and his other Redone tracks were made at the same time as Gaga's 'Poker Face' (Enrique was one of the first to hear that song completed) so he was very much on the money were radio was going. 'I Like It' became the template for JLO's comeback, heck for all the controvery over the 'Blurred Lines' video wasn't Enrique doing it better years before with 'Tonight'?

This, and he used to be interesting back than at 2001.

Escape was his most interesting album at the time but I don't think that was adaquately reflected by his singles. You could argue that 'Hero' was a pretty gutsy choice to release from an otherwise fun uptempo album but it's not like they were trying to be subversive they thought it was a very safe choice after the success of 'Be With You'. If he'd released 'Don't Turn Off The Lights' first as planned that would have been interesting. It probably wouldn't have been successful but that would have been gutsy.

I am curious, I hope it has some bops, his female collabo's are always the most interesting thing if he has one though.

A song called 'Beatiful' with Kylie Minogue that will be released jointly from both their upcoming albums. It apparently is reminiscent in sound to 'Heartbeat' which he did with Nichole Scherzinger. I'll go out on a limb and suggest that like that track it'll just be an eu (and Australia) release.

What kinda stupid album title? After all 5 of his horrifically boring flop singles this should be fun to watch, though.

I guess he needs to self title?
'Loco' and 'El Perdedor' are still smashes in the markets they are released in. True 'Turn The Night Up' and 'Heart Attack' weren't hits but then for an artist who has always relied on heavy promation I don't think they did too badly. Surely the jury is still out on 'I'm a Freak'.
