I am not from the USA (thank God) but here we call each other that word all the time. It's basically like using "bro" or "dude" in a friendly conversation. We mean no harm with it.

MTE the fact that she posted it spoke volumes I def do think she has used that towards them and a bunch of people who aren't her son. But all in all she knew exactly what she was doing

It doesn't really matter if it means harm or not, it's a really strong word and white people shouldn't use it because its not ours to use.
