And Rumour Has It and Turning Tables were two of the best songs off 21 and the first time people noted that Ryan Tedder actually changed his sound.

Again i don't want to just seem like a ryan hater but he's stuff is not that great compared to the other producers ,he knows how to make a hit in theory but at the end most of his songs are just that "another hit".

Anyways, I'm really excited. Ryan is my favorite songwriter and I absolutely love what he did on 21. "Rumour Has It" and "Turning Tables" are musical masterpieces... like pretty much everything he writes. So, when you combine Ryan AND Adele, it is obviously perfection.
I'm so excited that we finally have confirmation that the album is at least being worked on, though. I am pretty sure I'm dying of excitement right now.

I mean occasionally he'll turn out a bop like this

(even if it sounds suspiciously like that one Grizzly Bear song)

But "Rumour Has It" was like one of the worst singles of 2011 for me and I really don't think Adele is to blame for most of it.

Still, the fact that he co-wrote "Turning Tables" gives me a little hope, I guess.

Revealed that he heard "Skyfall" (before Adele or her team confirmed it)

Revealed back in April that "Adele is not writing for new album"

I just can't believe she actually is working on the album and has already started recording.

It would be nice if she started the new era with a Grammy's performance of the lead single but that still might be too soon. My guess is she'll be taking her time with this album and it should be out sometime next fall.

And if this interview, by some chance, is fake, then I'm going to need Ryan to not say anything and just pretend it's real because I'm not here for having my hopes crushed.

The fact she's already recorded songs apparently though.

We might get a Columbia press release by the end of the year though if it is coming out in Spring. Plus XL usually announces at the beginning of the year the planned release by their artists so we might have official confirmation soon.

Plus she's been tweeting so much more lately and has been praising other artists and attending their shows, etc. It just comes off to me like she's starting to get more active again.

And the fact we will likely have collabs with other artists coming up soon as well. 2014 will be amazing to me. Literally all my favs are releasing new studio albums.
