I think that they should show the whole videos and have guests everyday. I also want the "first looks" to stop because that doesn't show the whole video!
I'm not really suprised though, it hasnt been interesting in a while but still. I've been watching that show since i was like 10 so i basically grew up on it. Havent watched a full episode in months...
So really what will be the point of music videos then? This is really the only time MTV plays music videos anyway so will it turn completely into a tv station?

I read what you said and I totally agree. I think they need to change the time to at least 5:00 in the evening because 3:30 is way too early for most American teens to watch
Well i've been watching TRL since 1999 and I have to admit this show is not same anymore this show is going downhill. The show was way better when Carson hosted the show since Carson left that's when TRL started going downhill and I won't be surprised if 2007 will be the final year of TRL but if the show does end they better do a big countdown with all the retired videos.

I know right! Pretty much all the shows on mtv are **** and scripted anyways, theres this new show I saw the other day where one friend tries to guide the other through a date by walkie talkie. It was the fakest thing ever. I dont even watch any of the shows on mtv anymore, probably boiling points and punk'd (whenever its on) are the only ones i do watch.
Bam Margera has a new show coming back and seriously, that **** is so beat into the ground it's not even funny anymore.
They need to play more music videos, and that includes upgrading TRL to a respected show, not some playground for idiots (I saw someone mention JoJo folding clothes, that's just dumb, who the F.UCK wrote that in the show's lineup?).
Can they can the VMAs too? LFR, they need to come back BIG this year or I'm just done with it.

That show was probably that new show Exposed which is so stupid all of MTV dating shows are stupid & so fake TRL,Made, & True Life are the only shows I watch on MTV but yea MTV airs alot of stupid shows the dumbest MTV show ever has got to go to I Want a famous face
I've said this too many times. When Carson left, he took TRL with him. They need to totally revamp the show and start a new top 20 countdown--Monday thru Friday, full videos, no annoying games with the guests, and when a video is premiered, show the whole f‘cking thing and not a First Look / Pre-RL / whatever. Of course, TRL will probably not be replaced with anything. ~_~
Are they retarded? It's obviusly the timeslot they put it in. Nobody aged 6 to 18 is home at 2:30, which is when it airs in the Midwest. I can never even watch it, I always see the last 5 minutes.
