Probably not, but it's a possibility. Katy doesn't usually have as much anticipation around her videos, but she does have a huge hit on her hands, so it could go either way.
I wouldn't doubt it. We'll probably have an instance of almost every fan base working with the cats to try and beat it to continue their Gaga is fading schtick.
