No it is real but the producers instigate fights. And there was never a hitting rule if you were a great ssett and brought in ratings if you hit someone first their would be some b.s. excuse for you to stay (see natalie punching kendra).

IDK if I beleive it or not but Oxygen said the "S7 Rumor" was a setup so the aired S7 stuff won't get leaked

But info on it: The girl who was stabbed said if they aired the season she would sue them. And they called it quits a month in a half into filming, which is why instead of S7 premeiring on July 11th it premiered August 1st

I don't think it's true because I remember when I used to get tea from the oxy boards (s5-s8) there was a rumor that every season someone got stabbed. I think those girls like stacey williams were used as decoys to not let all the season leak.
