I'm currently doing Turbo Fire four times a week, along with some ab exercises and some weight lifting; each day is a different Turbo Fire workout to prevent a plateu. I did Turbo Fire last year to lose the weight that I unfortunately gained the year before last. I got my old body back, and just like that, I quit the program halfway through.
Big mistake; I ended up gaining all the weight back, and THEN some.
I soon began to realize that in order for me to successfully keep the weight off, I need to incorporate physical activity into my daily routine. Also, eat healthy (or at least healthier than before). Cut back on sodas and juices, drink a lot of water, eat more greens, ect. So here's my schedule:
MON-WED: Turbo Fire and some weight lifting.
TUES-THUR: Turbo Fire and some ab exercises.
FRI-SUN: My resting period. I indulge a little at this time, but I make sure that i don't go overboard.
I'm going to start running as soon as I'm done with the program. At that point, my body will be ready and WON'T be shouting for mercy.
