I'm not sure. Look at all the songs in this list (I'd probably switch JTWYA with JD/PF/I'm Yours/NYN/HSS) , though OMN being on the list is completely laughable. I don't think she'll even appear on the chart (or MAYBE with one song)

I don't think Just Dance, Poker Face or I'm Yours will be there. In the decade end charts (2000-2009) Big Girls Don't Cry, Maria Maria & U Got It Bad were much higher than those songs and they are out of the all-time chart.
Decade End Charts: (2000-2009)
13 BIG GIRLS DON'T CRY Fergie will.i.am/A&M/Interscope
14 MARIA MARIA Santana Featuring The Product G&B Arista
15 U GOT IT BAD Usher Arista
25 IRREPLACEABLE Beyonce Columbia (didn't make it on the Billboard 50th anniversary chart)
28 LOSE YOURSELF Eminem Shady/Interscope (didn't make it on the Billboard 50th anniversary chart)
35 JUST DANCE Lady Gaga Featuring Colby O'Donis Streamline/KonLive/Cherrytree/Interscope
42 POKER FACE Lady Gaga Streamline/KonLive/Cherrytree/Interscope
61 I'M YOURS Jason Mraz Atlantic/RRP
69 HOT N COLD Katy Perry Capitol
Katy's biggest chance is with Firework but I'm not sure if it will be enough to be higher than We Are Young or One More Night (OMN spent 42 weeks on the chart, and 9 weeks at #1).
