My guess is that this album was originally meant to be released in 2011, but for some reason it wasn't. I think it might have leaked now to start to hype up Little Boot's new album. I would be surprised if the leaked album was the actual new Little Boots album mainly due to the fact that the new Little Boots website has the opening to 'Motorway' playing, but 'Motorway' isn't on the leaked album.

And Whatever Sets You Free. Those two tracks were released under the LB pseudonym, so I don't think they'll be on the album.
