Actually, I think it would be an interesting concept for ATRL+. I'd be more inclined to actually "pay
to use" ATRL if my "warning point limit" went from 10 points to 15 points after purchasing ATRL+.

I like this idea but I think it would only be fair if certain stan bases paid less because of their lower socioeconomic status.
