In case anyone's wondering what Old Flames might be, it's a country song written by Ke$ha's mother that was eventually covered by Dolly Parton. I can't wait to hear K$'s version. In spite of the fact that I don't really like the genre, I've loved all of her foray's into country music so far, and I think it's really kind of special that she'll be singing something her mother wrote long before she was even born.

The Harold Song acoustic is going to be amazing. I'm at a loss of words to better describe it than this.

I would also have loved to hear Past Lives acoustic, or one of her older midtempos like Blind or DWTIME or Hungover.

Also, it'd be funny if acoustic Blow ends up being the high point of this EP. I kind of wanna be the first who called it in case that should come true.

It's definitely a cover of Old Flames Can't Hold A Candle To You, originally recorded by Dolly Parton. Ke$ha's mother Pebe wrote the song in the late 70s.

I don't see why the EP couldn't have been longer. Five songs is too few!
