Once I tried to write a dance pop song the lyrics were boring and generic.

I should probably start doing it again though, with other genres. It can be very therapeutic.

Last time I checked, I have over 100 songs that I've written in a binder. They were written over a period of 3-4 years. I started getting really serious about writing around 2008, and stopped for the most part in 2011. I used to spend all of my free time writing because it was the only way I could get my feelings out. I haven't shared my music with many people, though, but maybe someday.

Dance pop songs are so easy to write, that's why. I've tried writing a few myself, and they're always laughable. But really, all dance pop songs are laughable when you're reading the lyrics and have no music to go with it.

You should start writing again!

I try to re-write my song but it's always bad. I always what comes to my mind and I don't like to change everything because the feeling is not there anymore
