Don't say it's because she got tired cause her voice was horrid from day 1 of the tour. E=MC2 had an improved Mariah vocally and I was truly surprised since her voice iin 2005-2006 was into pieces. Don't make me bring proofs I am bored.

I didn't say you didn't know anything about Mariah's voice...Why so defensive?
BTW my dear,The fact that she marketed her comeback as "The voice Is Back" Is not my reasoning for saying that she was in better shape vocally. Mariah's performance on the album was Flawless, and much more well rounded. I personally think that before TEOM era, her vocie was in even better condition. Still you have to admit that vocally she was more well rounded and equipped on TEOM. Albums like Glitter and CB got a lot of criticism on it for Mariah using too much breathy vocals/falsetto. She sung in full voice a lot more on TEOM and she also didn't oversing as much. She used a lot of melisma's and Vocal acrobatics that you would only get from like some of her old school work.
She was on fire vocally that year. I would say besides Glitter and CB,TEOM was one of her best eras not only commercially, but vocally and performance wise of the 00's.
Her Adventures of Mimi Tour started off good, you can go to Mariahliveconcerts on YouTube if you don't believe,bu throughout the rest of the shows you could tell her voice was getting tired. The show that they filmed for the Adventurer of Mimi DVD was in Anaheim California, and she sounded good there, she was just raspy....
her voice broke a couple of times on It's like that opening, but other than that.
I didn't notice any cracking.
Though I'm not basing it just off vocal performances from the albums(which count too) ,but her live performances. If you compare majority of her TEOM performances to her E=MC2,you'd see there is a
BIG ASS difference.
Point.blank. period
When Mariah was done touring, she started working of E=mc2 almost immediately after, like right away. She even said while she was on tour she had already been writing songs. Her voice was super fired after touring, and that resulted in the strained, thin and raspy vocals of E=mc2.
