Yes, that's a joke tweet. Among people that aren't new to the Internet, using markedly poor grammar denotes sarcasm without having to use "/sarcasm" or "/troll" or any of that nonsense.
Maybe Lana is, but I remember that Rihanna was losing money with her 'Last Girl On Earth Tour' LOL and she keep doing it...that's intelligent?
Anybody can lose money (no matter how intelligent they are), but it is kind of stupid to buy a $7 million house while they're giving away your tour tickets with Happy Meals.

I don't understand the humor, maybe it's because he's poking out the stereotype that popstars are dumb but if that was the case I'm surprised he didn't go for names like gaga or brit who are more of an household name. Why go for math? The hell? I could make some connection with rihanna since her new album title is a number but lana? An English approach would have been better.
