Norah's Come Away With Me has sold 26 million globally since it was released in 2001. Mediatraffic only follows sales for albums within the top 40/50 of their chart. They don't follow sales after they fall out.

No it doesn't. It means that album dropped out of their top 40 charts after 2000/2001 and they weren't able to monitor sales for 11 years because the album never re-entered. ...BOMT has sold much more then 24 million worldwide.
