I can somewhat agree with that. Except for R&B being dead since 01 for me I say 04. Alicia, Beyonce, Usher, Mario, R. Kelly, Lloyd, Fantasia, Mario Winans, Monica, etc., were all doing their thang in 04, and each had hits others had several. After the following year it was heading to the pits.
But even today we got songs like Miguel's "Adorn" which is truly an R&B gem that exudes 90s R&B teas imo, and yet nobody is here for it.
It should be in the Top 10 of itunes at the very least, and it deserves to smash!
We got new releases from Trey Songz, Alicia Keys, Keyshia, Ne-Yo, and nothing.
