Katy Perry is always CAKED with make-up -- foundation, powder, lip-stick, etc...., without it she is a totally different woman.
Britney on the other hand, rarely has proper make-up on so she looks worse than she actually is. Britney looks better than Katy stripped down.
Also, Britney is only 4-ish years older than Katy so the age difference isn't as night and day as it seems. People like Katy and Carly Rey Jepsen aren't as "young" and "fresh" as they seem.
You're kidding, right? Britney has make up in this picture, while Katy doesn't have any and the lighting is atrocious. Lighting can do a lot in a picture. These don't even compare.
I think Katy is more beautiful. She strikes me more than Britney. Her eyes are everything.

It's so unfair that people use this picture to say Katy is ugly without makeup... ALL of your female faves wear makeup. Stop comparing pictures of Katy with no makeup to pictures of of girls with it. That's not fair. Also, look at this picture... The lighting and quality is **** and she is clearly making a silly/ugly face on purpose. If she was photographed on the street in daylight with her hair remotely done and a smile on her face I guarantee she would look MUCH better. This is just such an unfair picture to use against her in so many ways.
I believe these people who vote for Katy are either Katy fans or Britney's haters because Britney is by far sexier and more beautiful. Katy got too much make-up on and the make-up doesn't help to make her better either
