to be honest biebers album is actually pretty decent whereas cheryls, as usual, is mediocre, as are her vocals. bieber has actually been promoting the album quite a lot here this week, doing contests with capitalfm, televised performances and shows etc so im not surprised he managed to steal it from cheryl
