Florence: The Spectrum video was edited by a high schooler and it shows.
Il Volo: Bring the chubby one to a dermatologist and put him on acne medication.
Britney: It's been 5 years and you still think you look good with raccoon eyes? Hire a proper makeup artist who isn't half-blind please.
Marina: You destroyed Power and Control by altering the demo's backtrack. You also sound absolutely terrible when you attempt to sing it live and your band is horrid.
Beyonce: Put more thought into the way you release your singles post-Mathew. Make sure the lead single is a strong and good representative of the body of work you will be presenting to the public. Also plan better, more organized promotional strategies with official press releases.
Gaga: You do not have to implement every single idea that your creative team comes up with. Sometimes, less is more. The beginning of the BTW era, the imagery was really all over the place and became exasperating and off-putting for a lot of the general public and more casual fans.
Adele: Try to work on giving more interesting live performances. Your voice alone is compelling and beautiful, but, sometimes a great voice just isn't enough to keep peoples attention. Please stop wearing so much black; it's depressing and boring.
Azealia: STOP being so obnoxious on Twitter and put a little more thought into what you're putting out there before you Tweet. And for the love of God stop mixing your personal affairs with your business. Dating your manager is not a good idea; if you can mend things with Troy, DO IT. Geez...
