Hilary had a nice run, but Miley is superior in every way. And trying to use LOL as an attack on Miley's career is pretty desperate in it's own right. It was shelved for 2 years, had no promotion, no interviews, and no red carpet. If you expect a movie with all that against it to be box office successful, log out now.
You can try and reach as far as you want, but Hilary is not the blueprint for everything Disney. 
She is not a queen. When comparing Miley to Hilary, the former is untouchable. Success wise, talent wise, tour wise, star power wise, media wise, EVERYTHING. Cling to your local US receipts and lip-synced live performances, because that's truly all your fav has.
