Probably because they aren't apart of the digital era, so why would they have had those categories?

popularity, and those things are a representation of today's climate and a measure of popularity and accomplishment, and the categories of yesterday were a representation of last era's climate and a measure of popularity and accomplishment. So, I still stand by what I said. I don't see how Janet's or Whitney's awards are any more "prestigious" or "impressive" than today's artists. You're comparing two different eras of music and media.
And isn't "digital" equivalent to single sales/success? It's practically the same thing as Top Single Sales Artist.
