Not implying anything but there are a lot of child molesters in the industry. A famous child actor (forgot his name) spoke very openly about that, he couldn't give out names out of fear of getting in trouble and being blacklisted but he was very candid about the dark side of the industry.

I've always had a hard time taking cutting seriously, because it was such a "hot trend" in middle/high school. All the girls were doing it.

Hilary had problems with her weight after she left Disney but that was pretty much because the media was calling her fat and making fun of her weight, but she quickly bounced back from her struggles.

That's kinda shocking. It wouldn't be the first time, but I think it's not really related to molestation.

I'd say more trying to convey a perfect image to teens, that probably they are strongly against (I know Demi is, she openly criticized Disney's Shake It Up and So Random, which made fun of eating disorders).
