Britney more than the other two though. None of her post-2007 singles is certified as well and she had 11 gold singles, 7 platinum singles, and 4 multi-platinum singles since.

I have no idea what song Reba sings. I only know her name because Lance said she was the first concert he went to

Of course he would. I know her because of her self-titled show I loved.

30 million in 20+ years for a country artist isn't much really. Definitely not bad, but nothing noteworthy.

If that were true than the top 5 would just be country artists. There are only 2 there. Not to mention she released her first solo album in 1977. She has sustained a successful career for nearly 4 decades and is still widely known and is still successful. Like how is that not noteworthy or iconic?

Actually Mariah is also massively undercertified:
MTV Unplugged
cert achieved: 3 platinum (=1,500,000 certified) as an EP
soundscan: 2,700,000
required shipment: 6x platinum (=3,000,000)
Merry Christmas
cert achieved: 5x platinum (=5,000,000)
soundscan: 5,200,000*
requiered shipment: 6x platinum
* Merry Christmas sold 1 million copies through soundscan since its last certification in 2003.
Rainbow
cert achieved: 3x platinum (3,000,000)
soundscan: 2,950,000
BMG: 500,000
requiered shipment: 4x platinum
Greatest Hits
cert achieved: 1x platinum (=500,000) as a double album
soundscan: 1,300,000
required shipment: 2x platinum
The Remixes (double disc)
cert achieved: --
soundscan: 280,000
requiered shipment: Gold
~4,500,000 in sales stay uncertified for.

I don't think those are shipments considering Madonna was out 7 years before Mariah.

Not completely true. She has 79 weeks at number 1, tied with Presley. Some sources track Presley's singles before Billboard, so some give him an 80th week (often disputed) so if ANYTHING she's tied for 1st place at weeks at number 1
