Starships is more instantly infectious and very catchy/current, but Hair is nearly perfect. Gaga's vocals are perfect. The Pat Benatar-like scream at the climax of the song, the "oohs" at the beginning, even RedOne's production, especially that crazy synth in the background, is pure genius. It's a strange song mixing pop, electro, and rock but it's pretty ****ing amazing.
