Plus, Madonna uses Xtina. And, Christina always makes sure she gives credit where credit is due.
Madonna is just not here for Gaga and people need to realize that, and get over it. Madonna's approval for Gaga want make or break Gaga. So, can we just let this go?

A ripoff is when Lady Gaga does it.
Not trying to say Christina, Katy, Ke$ha, or Britney have done this, but I'm just saying that if they ever do it'll be seen as an homage. But if Gaga does it, it's immediately seen as a ripoff.

This basically.
Every modern and future pop star can be linked to Madonna somehow. It's pointless to makes it seem like such a big deal, and I'm sick and tiered of hearing "This person ripped off that person!!!1!!"

So any similarities between anything = homage unless they are asked about it and deny being influenced/inspired/paying homage to someone?

That doesn't mean she got famous for copying Madonna though. I understand your point, but just because someone resorts to shock tactics doesn't mean that they are copying Madonna. By that point Gaga had already cited many other musical influences such as Bowie which way more prevalent in her image than Madonna.

But Xtina doesn't blatantly steal from Madonna. She's taken bits and pieces , and made it her own. Gaga... well, she's another story.

Right? People were calling her the female Bowie for a while

I don't think Madonna likes Xtina, actually. Madonna originally wanted P!nk to kiss her with Britney. Plus, Xtina seemed awfully bitter that no media attention was given to her after the kiss, I don't think Madonna liked that.
Agreed with the second part, just get over it guys. I get the feeling David Bowie wouldn't care for Gaga either.

Exactly, she even used his lightning bolt symbol and some of his other symbolisms as apart of her artwork/photoshoot.

But what I always find funny is, how when Bionic came out, all the Gaga stans claimed Xtina was coping her. When Xtina was basically doing what she's been doing since Stripped. Now, the tables have turned and they get so defensive. I mean if this isn't karma then I don't know what is.

Just Dance, Poker Face, Paparazzi, Bad Romance and Telephone has nothing to do with Madonna too
So even Gaga "taking" things from Madonna didn't make her famous.

The only thing she's ever blatantly stole was the imagery for Alejandro but its not everything Gaga has done comes from Madonna, especially earlier in her career when she was pure Bowie and Grace Jones

Wrong! Madonna has stated in the past on Access Hollywood and other interviews that her and her daughter loves Xtina. And, Madonna (to my knowledge) has never confirmed P!nk was a candidate for the kiss.

And your point is? what does Xtina has to do now with it? GTFO.
Makes Me Wanna Pray and Like a Prayer? I mean, really? what a nonsense

You mean Bionic was just more of this?
Cause sis, that's what she'd been doing since Stripped....

But that's the issue. Ever since the beginning of her career, she's been "inspired" by other people. Had no one called her out on it, Gaga would have claimed that look like she's the one who created it. Even Janet had to get her together and tell her, "Honey, Grace did that years ago."

Exactly. This era has shown that Gaga herself can be bigger without using Madonna.

Whatever the case is, GaGa has been linked to Madonna since the rise of her career.
