Let me re-phrase: ATRL has not ruined the music for me--I'm still just as passionate about it--but ruined any passion for the artist now known as "Lana Del Rey". I'm sick and tired of seeing that name, especially when she has not done enough to earn such praise. Mariah Carey stans aren't like this. They go "Mariah is awesome." and that's the end. They don't make thread after thread saying she is the best and will dominate the world etc etc
To some extent Lady Gaga. I never paid much attention to the whole 'celebrity' side of things before ATRL, just the music. I still like a lot of her music, I don't think that's what put me off her.
Not really ruined, but whenever I hear or see Beyocne I think of Satellites.

I truly don't see the difference the way they act, as oppose to the way people stan for the "trinity" singers on this forum. At the end of the day, ATRL is a music forum. People make pointless threads ALL THE TIME!
