Nope, considering Britney did not come out in the digital era while gaga did, yet britney sold more singles in the circus era (her 6th album after 10 years) than gaga did in the btw era (her second album after 3 years). Circus and womanizer only had one performance in the us (gma), while the other 2 singles had none. Had britney promoted as much as gaga did for the singles from btw, the total would be much different.
I just realized that they counted the fame monster and the fame together, so technically Katy holds the record for ONE album with most digital singles sold in the US .....
