Well dude I'm not sure how old are you, maybe you don't remember Britney's impact, and vocal talent isn't only what matters, Madonna doesn't have the greatest voice and she's the most successful female artist of all time.
Gaga might pull a Cyndi Lauper on us, remember Madonna was trashed and Cyndi critically acclaimed who ended up being the legend? (And this could apply to
Katy Perry as well since many monsters are so sure she will fade soon
