And I think it's great for J.lo, this song can't reach #1 but in the year-end will peak in the same level like #1 hits on BB hot 100, but i believe "on the floor" will hit top 20 or top 15 in billboard year-end,

We R Who We R was released in October 22, but the chart for when it debuted at #1 was in the November 13 issue, so all of its sales will likely be accounted for.
OTF will end up in the year-end Top 20, unless other newer releases sell so well that it gets outsold.
