It's quite clear that she's trying to be more commercial this era to achieve more mainstream success, I really hope it works out for her. I like this song on first listen, but I'm not sure if it's strong enough to become her first big hit. I'm glad she's exploring new sounds, the record sounds as though it will be amazing.
Its really different from her previews sound but the more I listen the more I like it, its generic dance but the lyrics and her voice saves it, though I still prefer Fear and Loathing.
This song ***** so hard.
I was a little scared she would go too mainstream, but this is perfect.
Now 679 just needs to give her the right promo and she'll have a her first US top 10!
The video is AMAZING too.
