whether the singer’s new tunes will sound anything like the reggae-infused “Man Down,” Simmonds says no.
“Nah, definitely not, because we always try to constantly — as producers, as artists — we try to always come with something different, a whole new sound,” he said without elaborating on what that new record would sound like.

No more LOUD music.

I was actually thinking of ITZ when I made that comment. I loved that album, and Rihanna could definitely make it work, if she tries

This is around the same time that Rihanna finished recording Loud. But I don't see her releasing a new album within the next 6 months. She didn't have moderately successful singles during the latter portion of the Loud recording sessions. And plus, the Rated R era wasn't as successful as the Loud era, so they had no reason to continue it.
I am really excited for this album though.

If the album is really almost finished, i hope she release the single on December and the album around March.

Sis she said she wasn't re-releasing it. So would this imaginary EP be attach too LOUD? and New Music could mean new music to the public aka the people who still haven't bought the album. It's obvious she's prepping for a new album. I'll give LOUD till the end of this year.

Sis, let's hope she doesn't keep the faeces brown hair she wore recently for her new era.

I think there will be an EP this fall with 2 singles, then she'll release the first single from the sixth album next February-ish, album next April.

Oh she definitely could. She's really good at changing her singing style and I can hear her pulling off some sexy vocal's like in her song Skin and do some reggae as well. I want her to avoid the generic stuff and push toward's different instrument's and stuff like that. Can't wait to hear what she bring's to the table.

Why are you acting like the Raggedy Anne hair is any better?

I really wish she has a hot image or distinct theme for the next album. LOUD really has been a mess. The imagery was very French Vogue, not that that`s bad, but it`s kinda straight out of the mag's. Like you`ve seen it before.
Like LGOE had a storyline and the LOUD tour didn`t. It was just sets put together, showing skin so they could sell tickets. Her next album should meet somewhere inbetween.
As in, they`re obviously looking to make her very marketable, which she is, but I think they want her to be more of a brand instead of an artist. But she was the best with RR and that had that dark, edgy theme.
Her next album should have some sort of a storyline. Maybe something about love or heartbreak. It should be really mature too, not urban. She did that with this album. But the imagery should be really sexy.. like Unfaithful and Hate That I love You.
I don`t know, imma mess. This next album should just not be similar to LOUD but more Rated R.

LOUD is going to be done by the end of the year with no re-release. I say New single in late January or February. I'm being generous with that too. You know how Rihanna is always On To The Next One.

I think so, too. And your predicted release schedule sounds correct to me.

It atleast kind of works with her face and skin color.
Anyway, I'd love for her to go back to dark hair for next era. Or honey blonde again.

My dream scenario is the that new songs were originally intended to be for a Loud rerelease but they recorded so many great tracks they decided to just make it another album.
This girl is so good to her fans.

To be honest, I'm not even sure that her label has decided on whether or not to do it yet. I think that they will likely decide within the next month or two. We will either suddenly have a re-release, suddenly have a brand new era, or possibly both.

I'm not really sure about how the era will end. Again, I don't even think that her label has officially decided on it yet. All I know is that I'm really looking forward to new music from Rihanna.
I hope that this new era isn't as rushed as Loud was, though.
