Naw. If Beyoncé would've performed Sweet Dreams at the VMA's it would be #1. It got a lot of spins at the radio, it needed a small push from iTunes. The song peaked at #10 without one performance. Sweet Dreams would've smashed so hard if she promoted it right. All because of that damn tour. This song still remains one of my favorite Beyoncé songs of all time. Pop masterpiece.
