So it's official I'm on a low-carbohydrate/fat diet... I'm not fat at all I just want to have a leaner look. This means:
- no bread, candy or chocolate
- minimal amounts of cereal, rice & spaghetti
- lots of fruit, vegetables & LEAN protein (white meats)
I really need to do this because I'm very toned and for it to be visible I need to cut down on the heavy carbohydrates. My cheat day is on Friday where I can go out and eat anything I want. I can't wait for Friday to come already
