Cyprus and Turkey to an extent. I thought half of Turkey was in Asia?
I was never good at geography.

Turkey and Cyprus, for almost all purposes.
Israel, Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Georgia for some cultural and UEFA/FIFA reasons.
Kazakhstan (although the westernmost part is geographically Europe) for UEFA/FIFA reasons only.
Other Central Asia -stans are strictly Asian.

Cyprus and Georgia are culturally European. Maybe Armenia as well, but truthfully, I don't know much about it. The rest is Asia, including Turkey.

Anatolia, the Asian part, accounts for 97% of Turkey.
I always classify countries geographically, I don't care what they are culturally.

Cyprus without a doubt is European in its entirety, the rest are a long story because they seem like such grey areas

No, the vast majority of it. These are the boundaries between continents:

technically none are but but I consider Cyprus, Israel and Turkey (in that order) to be pretty much aligned to the culture of Europe. (Israel is controversial due to the current mess though, and I guess Turket too)

The northern part of it is occupied by Turkey, which again brings us back to the discussion.
