2016 was a good year for me personally. I made a lot of friends... some of which I could consider as lifetime ones. I finally got a taste of what it was to be independent as an adult and I think I handled it pretty well. In 2017, I'm moving to another state so I hope I get adjusted quickly and become/remain financially stable. I want to become more outgoing... try new things, new foods etc.
I also wish happiness and success for Beyoncé and EXO in all that they do

got my first tattoo. traveled many times throughout the year. attended many concerts, raves, and festivals. realizing more of what it means to be an adult and following my career path

to a more happy, progressive, and trailblazing 2017

I spent the majority of the year working, going to school, and dealing with my anxiety, so it's been a roller coaster. I love a lot of the music my faves delivered, some of the associates I made at work, and how I've been gradually coming out of my shell (still a long way to go though). I love that I was able to finally start spoiling myself and indulging in a lot of the things I'm interested in. Hoping for more positive progression in 2017
As far as ATRL, I don't think much is going to change (maybe I'll learn to simply ignore some folks, but we'll see). I can't really think of a favorite moment right now.

2016 was a horrible year for me personally. So much so in fact, that I will look at my life as "after" 2016 and "before " 2016. Some good things did happen, though. I started college, entered a relationship, learned how not to trust people blindly etc etc. And I did really well this semester, the highest.
But If i will look back at 2016 (and I will somewhere down the line), I will not hate it. I will look at it in the same way one looks at scars, as marks of survival. Some scars define people, but only if they let them. I know that is something I will not allow myself. Rather, I will treat as a shadow, forever glued to me...but ultimately, behind me at all times.
I guess one good thing about leaving a year that has done so much damage is that there's very few places to go from here than up. So I don't know if 2017 is going to free me from my demons (in fact, realistically it won't; as things are not as simple, sadly) but the hope of it all is what will carry me forward.

Although this year was touched by sadness, not even I could escape it, I feel like I have advanced as an individual: socialized more than I thought I would and trying to make the most of what I had. I enjoyed spending time with friends, sharing laughs and basically enjoying the last days at school (they went by so fast). Will I miss anything? Probably the times I had with relatives, since they are the most important people I will ever meet, also because I never know when will be the last time I see them. Other than that, here's to feeling good with myself on 2017, because discontent is a stronger feeling than satisfaction, to treat everyone with love and respect, celebrate them for what they are, and finally: to start college, im low-key scurred but i'll learn to deal with it. Hope every single one of us realize what we can do with our actions, let the new year be things of putting things in process

- I began to slay in academics
- I learned so much more about society and the world as it is…
- I have gotten so far into music… this year I listened to a ton of albums… far more than I did in 2014
- life has gotten better
- but I am sad about things like brexit, the election, and the rise of the alt-right
- I'm also upset about how there's so many icons that 2016 has taken
- also, climate change 
- but I have hope for 2017. I'm mostly positive that 2017 will be a great year

It was personally my best year. I was so shy, sad and alone and people were kinda scared talking to me at school. 2k16 was more like a reflection year, where I tried to lose my flaws and improve my best and I did it. I knew such beautiful people outside and also here. The music was kinda prevalent and helped me to being what I am now. 2k17 will be better, I can feel it

In terms of music and movies 2016 was pretty good. I was emotionally and mentally well throughout the year as well. I didn't do a lot at all but there were some great things that happened like moving to Vegas and losing 100+ pounds on my diet. Hopefully in 2017 I can reach my goal and start improving my life in my other ways that have been long overdue.

Had the best summer of my life, left my job, came out to my close friends and family, and Trump won. It's been a great year
