Bailando hasn't sold 8M, that number includes streaming and Chantaje has already broken some streaming records (highest peak and most streams on one day for a Latin song on Spotify, #1 video on YT for several weeks, fastest Latin song to reach 100 and 200M views on YT).

If the IFPI factored in streaming, the number would be much more than 8 million.

Chantaje's streams are impressive, but so are Bailando's (one of the first YT videos to hit 1B when it was uncommon despite being in Spanish) and it also has strong sales unlike Chantaje.
