Heathens Love that song
24K was so disappointing, I actually really liked his second album but he's trying too hard now
Lost Boy is tragic, the female version of 7 Years
Can't believe My House ended up being a hit
I hate all the songs in your worst list so good taste
Thank You!!

Same with Bruno, he could just go back to do his ballads/Locked Out type of songs and i won't be complaining
Wait, why is Kendrick on this awful Maroon 5 single? Is he that desperate for money or does he want just another Top 5 hit? Don't Wanna Know is repetitive, basic, and boring. The production isn't even interesting enough to make me want to sit through the whole song. What a shame Maroon 5, they used to be decent.
4. CAN'T STOP THE FEELING! - Justin Timberlake
Among all of the carefree hits released these past few years, Can’t Stop the Feeling! must be the least celebratory. The song is like a grade-B Happy, because as much as I dislike Happy, it contains some fun lines. It is like Uptown Funk, but far less anthemic. It is like Shake It Off, but not as witty and much more basic. Can't Stop the Feeling! stops me from going to see Trolls in the theaters, which is unfortunate because the movie actually looks solid.
3. Me Too - Meghan Trainor
2 years into her career, Meghan Trainor is already a proud owner of the prestigious Grammy’s award (so proud to the fact that her trophy makes an odd cameo in the music video). Me Too sounds unmistakable Meghan Trainor; it is annoying and cocky, yet catchy as hell. The song is supposed to be a self-empowerment song, but all I hear is ego. What kind of confidence does it take for Meghan to write such a cringeworthy song? Why does she think that she’s so special? Why does she sound European (?) when she sings “If I was you, I’d wanna be me too”? And the most important question of all, why would anyone wants to be her?
2. i hate u, i hate u (feat. Olivia O'brien) - gnash
I liked this song on the first listen, hated it on the tenth. i hate u, i love u is on par with We Don't Talk Anymore when it comes to the lack of emotions, except that WDTA has a nice melody and a great delivery. i hate u, i love u has a boring chord progression, lifeless vocals, a weak melody, and a horrible chorus. It is so tedious that it is on the verge of unlistenable. The fact that this went top 10 on the Hot 100 is mind-blowing, what has 2016 come to?
1. 7 Years - Lukas Graham
Do i even have to justify myself for loathing this song? To be honest, i don't even know exactly why i hate 7 Years, but my hate for this song is immense. I switch the station every time this comes on the radio and silently scream every time i hear it in the mall. Most likely the worst hit song of this decade.

Your top 2 I love Maroon 5 but DWK is so boring. Me Too is decent but still understandable for this list. CAN'T STOP THE FEELING! is the only one I can't agree with.

DWK is definitely very boring

I kinda like the #1
Exactly, CSTF is not that bad, it's just too basic. Maybe i just dislike it because it was overplayed on the radio.

These 5
Do You Miss Me at All and The One are among the best from their respective EPs
After the Afterparty and Daddy Lessons, great bops
Great Top 5 I don't like any of the songs but that top 2 is especially tragic DWK is just lazy and CSTF is really basic and it's literally Happy 2.0 Me Too is a mess
Work From Home not making the list
No Lie is good but Sean Paul ruins it a bit, the chorus >>>>
Man On The Moon is so cute Carly and Bridgit
The music video of this song alone blows almost every single pop videos from 2016 out of the water. The song itself is also stellar. There are no other songs as fast-paced and as intense as False Alarm in my recent memory. This song is a 4-minute of pure chaos and madness, and that atom-bomb of a chorus with the almost ritualistic "hey, hey, hey, hey" is one of Starboy's many highlights.
39. Vibe. - Jojo
I must admit i've never heard Jojo's album tracks before. Vibe. is one of my favorites from Mad Love. It is fresh, and addicting - ingredients for a great piece of pop music. The post-chorus is also amazing and the bumping bass makes the already-fun song an anthem - can't wait for the radio to spin this song.
38. Take My Love and Run - Bad Suns
I discovered Bad Suns this year and i'm in love with their 2014's "hook-heavy indie rock" album. I love the intro and the instrumental of Take My Love and Run, which makes this the perfect song for blasting in the car, windows down in the summer. Christo Bowman's deep vocals also fits this song like a glove, especially during the flawless verses.
37. Never Be Like You (feat. Kai) - Flume
Never Be Like You was fairly big on the charts, although i thought it would be able to pull a Lean On-size sensation. Thanks to Flume's minimal production during the verses, the brilliantly-written lyrics are given the chance to shine. "Allegiance to the pain", "this fickle-minded heart, that loves fake shiny things", "I'm begging, darling, please absolve me of my sins, won't you?" - I love these dramatic, yet sophisticated lines. Never Be Like You is perhaps, one of the best-written EDM singles in quite a while.
36. Room For 2 - Dua Lipa
Dua Lipa is my newfound obsession of 2016. With Room For 2, Dua gets to showcase her "dark pop" sound. Dua's delivery on this track is insane; jumping back and forth from her distinct powerful vocals during the verses to the hypnotic whisper/sing style during the choruses, serving amazing adlibs from time to time. Room For 2 is haunting and addicting, which makes me even more hyped for her debut on February 10!
