If she genuinely apologizes for it, it'd send a really strong message. There are unfortunately A LOT of people (admittedly, much younger than 33 but nevermind) who think it's funny to mess with someone who's unstable (allegedly, I don't know the woman), so they can learn from this. It's not a topic anyone ever speaks of or openly condemns, so it's a good opportunity

No, personally I don't film random mentally ill/homeless/drunk people I encounter in the street and post it in social media. I had no idea doing that was common.
